摘要 本文分别采用水煎煮法、30%乙醇回流、70%乙醇回流、30%甲醇回流、70%甲醇回流、索氏提取、微波提取和超声波提取法提取墨旱莲中的成分,采用HPLC分离、梯度洗脱和光电二极管阵列检测,以相对保留时间、相对峰面积、紫外吸收光谱作为指标分析不同提取条件下的图谱。结果不同提取条件对墨旱莲中的成分及成分谱有显著影响,色谱图中的11个共有峰和4个主要色谱峰在不同提取物中的比例及含量有较大差异,4个主要色谱峰中4号峰和8号峰(木犀草素)以70%乙醇回流提取产率最高,其次为70%甲醇索氏提取;6号峰和11号峰以70%甲醇索氏提取产率最高。 The chromatographic fingerprint of Eclipta alba. with different extraction method was analyzed by HPLC-PAD. The extraction methods included: decoction method, reflux extraction with 30% ethanol, reflux extraction with 70% ethanol, reflux extraction with 30% methanol, reflux extraction with 70% methanol, Soxhlet extraction method, microwave assisted extraction and ultrasonic assisted extraction . The extracts were separated by HPLC and gradient elution. Eleven common peaks and four main fingerprint peaks were identified by analysis the relative retention time. The quantity was compared by analyzing the peak area and relative peak area. The results showed that there are significant difference in the content and the proportion of the common peaks in different extract. The highest extraction yields of 4 and 8 peaks were obtained by reflux extraction with 70% ethanol,those of 6 and 11 peaks were obtained by Soxhlet extraction.
