摘要
建立了三黄片中黄芩苷和盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。采用高效液相色谱法。使用ODS(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)分析柱,流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸(40:60),流速为1mL/min,检测波长为275nm,柱温30℃.黄芩苷在0.1~1.0ug线性范围有良好的线性关系,盐酸小檗碱在0.3~3.0ug线性范围有良好的线性关系。黄芩苷和盐酸小檗碱的加样回收率分别为96.2%和95.4%,RSD分别为1.77%和1.93%(n=6)。此方法简便可行,快速准确,重现性好,可为药典完善三黄片的质量控制提供参考。
To establish a reversed-phase HPLC method for the quantitative detemination of Baicalin and Berberine Hydrochlorlde in Sanhuang Tablets. The experimental conditions were as follows:Phenomenex ODS column (250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) ,mobile phase: 0.4% phosphoric acid(40: 60) ,flow rate : I mL/min,detective wavelength:275 nm, column temperature:30℃. The calibration curve of Baicalin and Berberine Hydrochloride showed a good linearity . The test solution was stable in mobile phase within 24 h. The recovery rates were found to be for Baicalin and Berberine Hydrochloride were 96.2% and 95.4%, and RSD for them were 1.77% and 1.93% , respectively. The established method is simple feasible, fast, accurate, reproducible and reliable to operate and suitable for the quality control of Sanhuang Tablets.
