摘要
青海地道中藏药材山莨菪人工引种栽培试验成功。采集2—7年生人工种植山莨菪,采用原子吸收光谱仪测定其根部的铜、锰、镍、钴、锌5种微量元素含量。结果表明:铜和锌最高,锰次之,钴和镍最低。在2~7年的生长周期中,铜和钴具有正相关关系,最高含量均出现在第7年;锰和锌在植物体内起着协同或促进的作用,最高含量均在第五年。
The Anisodus tanguticus( Maxim. ) Pascher is a Chinese traditional medicinal material and Tibet herb of local Qinghai, and the test of cultivated has a good result in Qinghai Province. We collected the cultivated Anisodus tanguticus (Maxim.) Pascher of 2-7 years ,and analyzed the contents of trace elements as Cu,Mn,Ni,Co,Zn by Atomic Absorption Spetrometer. The results show that:the contents of Cu and Zn are the highest,with Mn lower, and Ni together with Co is the lowest . During the growth periods of 2-7 years, the contents of Cu and Co have the same trend, with 7-year-growth climax, and meanwhile, Mn and Zn have the same trend, with 5-year-growth climax.
