正交实验研究白花龙胆花中龙胆苦苷的提取工艺

摘要 本文采用正交实验,利用高效液相色谱法测定白花龙胆花中龙胆苦苷含量的方法,对白花龙胆花龙胆苦苷的提取工艺进行了优化。结果表明各因素对龙胆苦苷的提取效果的影响程度为:粒度〉料液比〉提取次数〉提取时间〉乙醇浓度。从而确定白花龙胆花中龙胆苦苷的最佳提取工艺为:粒度80目,乙醇浓度为60%,料液比为1:25(W/V),提取时间为12h,重复提取3次。 To optimize the extraction condition for Gentiopicroside from C, entiana straminea Maxim. flower. Extraction was studied by orthogonal experiment and the concentration of Gentiopicroside was determined by HPLC. The results showed that the order of factors to affect the Gentiopicroside extraction was granularity 〉 solid-liquid ratio 〉 extraction number 〉 extraction time 〉 ethanol concentration. The optimal conditions for extraction of Gentiopieroside from Gentiana straminea Maxim. flower was to extract with 60% alcohol for 12 h,granularity 80,solid liquid ratio 1.25 for 3 times.
