栀子提取物不同极性组分自由基清除活性的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文研究了不同溶剂(丙酮、甲醇和乙醇水溶液)对栀子中多酚类物质提取的影响,并用不同极性的溶剂(氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇)对栀子提取液进行了萃取,比较了不同极性组分自由基清除活性的差异。结果表明:提取液中总酚的最佳提取条件为50%乙醇水溶液,不同极性组分清除自由基(ABTS、DPPH·)活性的顺序为乙酸乙酯组分〉氯仿组分〉正丁醇组分〉剩余水组分〉原提取液,乙酸乙酯组分经HPLC初步分析,初步认为是羟基肉桂酰奎尼酸类物质。 The effect of various solvents on the extraction of bioactive components from gardenia fruit was investigated. The results showed that the extraction of the total phenols from gardenia fruit was influenced significantly by the type of solvents. 50% ethanol was the best solution on the extraction of total phenols from gardenia fruit. The free radical scaven- ging activities of different polar fractions of the extract from gardenia fruit were compared, and the order of activities was that: ethyl acetate fraction 〉 chloroform fraction 〉 n-butanol fraction 〉 remained water fraction 〉 crude extract. Ethyl acetate fraction was analyzed by HPLC, and hydroxycinnamoylquinic acid derivatives were probably the main compounds in the fraction.
