辅酶Q10是一类脂溶性醌类物质，在细胞呼吸链中发挥着重要的生理功能。本文介绍了辅酶Q10的抗氧化、增强免疫、抗肿瘤等方面的保健功能，并对其在临床、化妆品、保健食品工业中的应用研究进行了概述。
This paper reviewed physiological functions of coenzyme-Q10 on the anti-oxidation, enhance immunity, antitumor and other aspects, and summarized its applications in pharmaceuticals industry, cosmetics industry, and functional food industry.
