摘要
简要介绍了内蒙某铅锌多金属硫化矿的矿石性质,针对矿石性质的特点,研究了采用抑锌浮铅的优先浮选工艺,通过控制矿浆pH值,选择锌碱混合剂,高效组合捕收剂等措施,使铅矿物与锌矿物得到较好分选,并且综合回收银矿物。
This paper briefly introduces mineral properties of a lead-zinc sulfide ore,aiming at the characteristics of ore properties,the study is made on the floatation process of floatating lead and inhibiting zinc,by controlling the pulp pH value,choosing zinc alkali mixture,and efficiently combination of collector,and some other measures,lead minerals and zinc minerals are separated availably and silver minerals are reclaimed comprehensively.
