摘要 吸胀温度显著地影响甜菜种子的萌发达率。吸胀温度为30℃和20℃时,50%萌发所需要的时间分别为36h和56h;在7℃中吸胀120h,仍未见萌发。在种子吸涨过程中,粗线粒体蛋白的含量,细胞色素C氧化酶(CCO)和苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)的活性增加,且它们在30℃和20℃中的活性较高,在7℃下较低。种子的萌发速率与粗线粒体蛋白的含量,CCO和MDH的活性之间有良好的相关。 Germination rate of sugar beet (Beta vulgaris L. cv. Loke) seeds was markedly influenced by imbibition temperature. The times taken to 50% germination (G50) were about 36 h and 56 h at 30℃ and 20℃, respectively. Sugar beet seeds have still germi-nated at 7℃ for 120h. The content of crude mitochondrial proteins and activities of cytochrome c oxidase (CCO) and malate dehy-drogenase (MDH) increased during imbibition of sugar beet seeds. And they were higher at 30℃ and 20℃, and were lower at 70℃. There was a good relationship between germination rate and the content of crude mitochondrial proteins, activities of CCO and MDH.
