新型组合弧形钢模板在高速铁路隧道仰拱整幅施工中的应用 被引量:23

摘要 以向莆铁路夏茂隧道出口施工为例,针对以往仰拱模板存在质量大、安装困难、仰拱施工工序多、仰拱与边墙基础不能一次浇筑、施工成本投入大等缺点,通过对隧道仰拱结构尺寸多次细致研究,绘图模拟分析论证,最终设计出了成本低、施工方便灵活的仰拱新型组合弧形钢模板,克服了以上模板施工中存在的缺点,并对模板的设计、加工及仰拱混凝土整幅浇筑施工工艺进行了详细介绍。 The existing formworks for invert casting have such disadvantages as high weight,difficult installation,complex invert construction procedure,difficult in one-time casting of the invert and the side wall foundation and high investment cost.Taking the construction of the exit section of Xiamao tunnel on Xiangtang-Putian Railway as an example,the author has developed a new arc-shaped composite steel formwork after detailed studies,which has overcome the disadvantages of the existing formworks.Furthermore,the author presents the design and fabrication of the new formworks,as well as the full-breadth casting of the invert with the new formworks.
