Diagnosis and Solutions for Faults of Main Bearing Sealing of TB880E Hard Rock TBM

通过对TB880E型全断面隧道掘进机(TBM)主轴承漏油、进水、串油脂等故障处理的研究,探讨刀盘固定、锚杆锁固、支撑耐磨钢环焊接、唇型密封换位及HBW油脂系统等工艺和方法在TBM上的使用;在不便于更换修理的环境条件下,较快地解决了TBM主轴承密封缺陷和故障问题,保证了TBM的掘进,提高了设备的使用率,为TBM在今后施工中故障的快速处理提供借鉴。

Faults such as oil leakage,water incoming and grease mixing of main bearing of TB880E hard rock TBM are analyzed.Solutions such as cutterhead fixing,rockbolt locking,anti-wearing steel ring welding,lip seal position changing and HBW grease adjusting are made.In the end,the defects and faults of the main bearing of the TBM have been solved,though the working condition is poor.In this way,the boring of the TBM is guaranteed and the availability of the TBM is improved.The successful solutions can provide reference for similar situations in the future.
