摘要
通过对国产与瑞典产液压凿岩钻车用钎杆化学成分、渗碳硬度、金相组织等分析,初步认定两种产品在材质和生产工艺上存在的差异。指出国产钻车钎杆与瑞典钻车钎杆相比,在成分、组织、以及机械性能和表面硬度都存在着一定的差异。认为在冶炼时提高钢的纯净度,中空钢材生产时进行控制轧制与控制冷却,制钎过程中进一步优化热处理工艺,将会改善钢材的组织状况,从而使钎杆的综合机械性能得以优化,提高凿岩进尺寿命。
Produced by domestic and the swedish Hydraulic Rock Drill Rod chemical composition,cementite hardness,microstructure of the material,initially determined that the two products and production processes in the material differences exist.Pointed out:domestic drill rod drill rod and sweden compared to the composition,organization,and mechanical properties and surface hardness are some differences exist.That: to raise in the smelting of steel purity,hollow steel production for controlled rolling and controlled cooling,the system further optimization of brazing heat treatment process,the organization will improve the situation of steel,so that rod to optimize the comprehensive mechanical properties improve the life of rock drilling.
