摘要
研究了金镶玉竹叶的提取物的抑菌作用.结果表明:金镶玉竹叶的乙醇冰醋酸提取物对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度是3.8%,对根霉最小抑菌浓度7.5%.提取物的pH值影响抑菌效果,在酸性、中性条件下抑菌作用比碱性条件强.各提取物对曲霉菌无抑菌作用.
Antimicrobial effects of extract from Phyllostachys aureosulcata f.spectabilis were investigated.The results showed that the minimal inhibitory concentration（MIC） of extracts of the mixture of ethyl alcohol and glacial acetic acid for Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus arueus,Bacillus subfilis was 3.8% and for Rhizop usoryzae was 7.5%.The PH value of extracts have influence on antimicrobial effects.In the acid or neutral condition antimicrobial effects were better than in the basic condition.All extract of bamboo leaves have no antimicrobial effects for Aspergillus niger.
