摘要 从经济学观点出发,基于"完全"增量法建立了常规稠油油藏聚合物驱评价指标模型,并结合油藏数值模拟技术对聚合物驱注入参数及适应性进行了优化设计。研究结果表明,原油性质、聚合物性质、注入参数以及储层物性等对聚合物驱效果具有很大影响。适合于聚合物驱的最佳原油黏度为75 mPa.s,最佳聚合物溶液黏度与原油黏度比为1.6左右,最佳聚合物注入量为0.4~0.5 PV,最佳注入速度为300 m3/d,地层垂向渗透率变异系数范围为0.3~0.7,聚合物注入越早越好。 From economic perspective of view,an evaluation model of polymer flooding has been developed for conventional heavy oil reservoir based on complete 'incremental' method.The injection parameters and adaptability of polymer flooding are optimized through numerical simulation.The results show that crude oil property,polymer property,injection parameters and reservoir property had great influences over the effect of polymer flooding.The optimum oil viscosity for polymer flooding is 75 mPa·s,and the optimum ratio of polymer solution viscosity to oil viscosity is about 1.6.The optimum amount of polymer injection is 0.4-0.5PV.The optimum injection rate is 300 m3/d,the vertical permeability variation coefficient is 0.3-0.7,and polymer should be injected as early as possible.
