清洁压裂液在辽河外围探井的初步应用 被引量:12

摘要 根据国内外清洁压裂液发展现状及应用情况,结合辽河外围探区储层特点,优选了清洁压裂液配方体系,并进行了支撑剂的筛选、设计及工艺技术的优化。在强x井实施后,压裂效果显著。应用情况表明,新型低温压裂液体系满足该区大型压裂施工的要求,可在该区推广;支撑剂选用石英砂+陶粒组合支撑的方式,其中陶粒比例为20%,既节约了成本,又提供较高的导流能力。清洁压裂液压裂工艺的成功对该区的储量申报起到了重要的作用,使辽河外围探区低孔低渗储层改造取得突破性进展,增强了外围勘探的信心。 Based on the development and application of clean fracturing fluid at home and abroad,a formula system has been optimized in conjunction with the characteristics of Liaohe peripheral reservoirs,the proppant is selected and designed,and the technical process is optimized.The application in well Qiang X has shown notable postfracture response.This new low-temperature fracturing fluid system can meet the requirement of large scale fracturing treatment in this area,and is worth popularization.The proppant consists of silica sand plus ceramsite,of which the ceramsite accounts for 20%,thus saved cost and obtained higher flow conductivity.The success of clean fracturing fluid has played an important role to reverses declaration for this area,is a breakthrough for low porosity and permeability reservoir stimulation in Liaohe peripheral exploration area,and boosts confidence in peripheral exploration.
