野生驯化鸡腿蘑新菌株“唐研一号”的生物学特性研究

The Biological Characteristic Study on “No. 1 Tangyan”-ANew Isolate of Wild Domestication Drumstick Mushroom

通过研究表明，野生驯化鸡腿蘑新菌株“唐研一号”的生物学效率为１１９％－１５３５，平均为１４０％左右。其最佳母种培养基的配方为：麦秸２００ｇ，马铃薯２００ｇ，葡萄糖２０ｇ，琼脂２０ｇ，蛋白胨３ｇ，磷酸二氢钾１．５ｇ，硫酸镁０。．５ｇ，水１００ｍＬ，母种培养基最适ｐＨ６－７。

It was indicated that the biological efficiency of the new isolate of wild domesticationdrucstick mushroom-No. 1 Tangyan was 119 % ~ 153 %, its average was about 140 %. Thebest mother culture medium of the isolate was made up of wheat straw (200 g ), potato (200 g ),suger (20 g), peptone (3 g), KH2PO4 (1 .5 g), MgSO4 (0.5 g), and water (1 000 mL ). Themoderate pH of its mother culture medium was 6 ~ 7. Its best mushroom culture material wascomposed of cotton peel (30 % ), cornstraw (30 % ), earthnut peel (30 % ), wheat bran (9 % ),calcium oxide (1 % ) and Guzhuangsu 0. 2 mL' kg -1.
