Clinical experience of uusing Haoqin Qingdan Decoction

蒿芩清胆汤出自《重订通俗伤寒论》,为清代医家俞根初验方,是治疗暑瘟、伏暑邪在气分的一首良剂。具有清胆利湿、和胃化痰的功效。小儿为至阴至阳之体,脏腑娇嫩,脾常不足,感邪后易于传变,极易入里化热,故在外感表证同时常伴里热症状。蒿芩清胆汤在治疗小儿湿温发热时既能解除表证,又能清除里热,通过实践,疗效满意。

Haoqin Qingdan Decoction was derived from revised treatise on exogenous febrile disease,which was the experience prescription of Yu Gen-chu in Qing dynasty.Haoqin Qingdan Decoction was a good one of the prescriptions to treat fever disease in summer and disease due to latent summer-heat pathogen in Qi region.It had the function of clearing gallbladder and reducing dampness.Baby was a body of ZhiYin（extreme Yin） and ZhiYang（extreme Yang）,Their Zang-Fu was tender,the spleen was tending to insufficiency usually.After affecting evil transmission of a disease easily performed and entered into the inside portion and heat-transmission was easily happened.So simultaneously with external feeling of outside diseases the patient was often associated with inside-fever.Haoqin Qingdan Decoction could not only treat damp-warm fever in baby,but ould also clean up internal heat.Through practicing,the curative effect was satisfied.
