南、北五味子的鉴别研究

Differential research on fructus schisandrae chinensis

[目的]对北五味子和南五味子进行比较,找出不同点。并为两者的鉴别提供依据。[方法]采用石蜡横切片、聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)的实验手段对南、北五味子的种子进行分析。[结果]南五味子和北五味子在种皮内外层栅栏状石细胞上有显微区别:两者在聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳的蛋白质条带在数量、颜色和位置上均有明显的区别。[结论]南、北五味子的显微特征、PAGE均有明显的差别,其特征可作为两者的鉴别依据。

[Objective]To discriminate Kadsura and Schisandra and provide their differential basis.[Methods]PAGE and paraffin sections was used for analyzing the seeds of Kadsura and Schisandra.Their differences from morphology of internal construction and molecular level were observed.[Results]There were significant differences in the stone cells of outer seed cuticles.There were significant differences in the number,color and location of protein band by PAGE.[Conclusion]There were obvious differences in morphology and PAGE of Kadsura and Schisandra and the characters could be used for the identification of Kadsura and Schisandra.
