亚细亚镰孢菌产碱性蛋白酶与致病力的相关性

Correlation between Pathogenicity and Alkaline Proteinase Activities of Fusarium Asiaticum Isolates

摘要 选择了6个不同致病力的亚细亚镰孢菌菌株,提取纯化碱性蛋白酶,利用蛋白酶活性电泳的方法对其进行特性分析,研究其致病力与其产碱性蛋白酶的相互关系。亚细亚镰孢菌产生的碱性蛋白酶最适反应温度为30-40℃,最适反应pH值为7.5-8.5,属于丝氨酸蛋白酶类型。菌株致病力强弱与其产碱性蛋白酶活性呈极显著正相关。亚细亚镰孢菌产生的碱性蛋白酶可能与真菌的致病力有关。 Alkaline protease of six representative Fusarium asiaticum isolates with different pathogenicities evaluated by single floret injection(SFI) method were extracted,purified and characterized to learn the correlation between enzyme activity and pathogenecity.The results indicated that alkaline protease produced by all selected F.asaticum isolate were identified as serine protease with optimal temperature in the range from 30 ℃ to 40 ℃,and optimal pH value in the range from 7.5 to 8.5.The activity of alkaline protease produced by F.asaticum was positively related to the pathogenicity of F.asaticum.It could be concluded that alkaline protease produced by Fusarium asiaticum isolates were positively related to their pathogenicity.
