秋季模拟酸雨对鸡爪槭叶片呈色相关生理的影响 被引量:14

摘要 以去离子水为对照探讨秋季不同pH值(pH 5.0、pH 4.0、pH 3.0、pH 2.0)的模拟酸雨对2年生盆栽鸡爪槭叶片呈色效果的影响。结果表明:随着模拟酸雨胁迫后时间的延长,叶片叶绿素含量逐渐降低,花色素苷含量与花色素苷/叶绿素逐渐升高,可溶性糖含量先降低后升高;其中pH 5.0模拟酸雨处理的植株在试验过程中叶绿素a/b一直处于较低水平,而花色素苷含量、细胞汁液pH值相对较高,叶片脱落率较低,伤害指数较小,且落叶期推迟;而pH≤3.0模拟酸雨处理植株的色泽虽也较鲜艳,但叶片脱落率较高,观赏价值丧失。因此,秋季喷施pH 5.0的模拟酸雨可提高鸡爪槭的观赏效果,且能延长观赏期。 An experiment was conducted to explore the effects of simulated acid rain(pH 5.0,pH 4.0,pH 3.0,pH 2.0) in autumn on related physiological indexes of leaf color of Japanese maple(Acer palmatum Thunb.),which was two years old and planted in pots.The results showed that,with the lasting of exposure,chlorophyll content gradually decreased,anthocyanin content and the ratio of anthocyanin to chlorophll increased consistently,and soluble sugar content dropped firstly and then reached its maximum value.During the experiment,low level of Chl.a/Chl.b,few leaf loss,slight leaf damage,significantly high anthocyanin content and leaf cell juice pH value and postponement of abscission period were observed in the treatment of simulated acid rain at pH 5.0,while normal leaf color,more leaf loss and loss of ornamental value were found at pH 3.0 and below.It is concluded that the ornamental value can be improved and ornamental period can be prolonged when the Japanese maple is sprayed with simulated acid rain(pH 5.0) in autumn.
