农民专业合作经济组织的正规借贷行为研究——以苏北地区为例

Research on Formal Credit Behavior of Specialized Cooperative Organizations for Farmers ——Taking Northern Jiangsu Province as an Example

考察了苏北地区农民专业合作经济组织的正规借贷行为,结果显示有正规信贷需求的农民专业合作经济组织占总体样本观察值比例的52.7%,获得正规贷款的农民专业合作经济组织观察值占到总体观察值的25.45%,占有信贷需求组织的实际比例是48.27%,有一半以上的农民专业合作经济组织其正规信贷需求没有得到满足,农村的专业组织主体存在严重的信贷约束。从Probit模型的分析结果来看,农民专业合作经济组织主要领导者受教育程度与该组织的正规信贷需求呈正比,农民专业合作经济组织的年均收入与该组织的信贷需求呈反比,同时在所选样本地区,种植业类型的农民专业合作经济组织更倾向于向银行贷款。从Tobit模型的分析结果来看,农民专业合作经济组织的固定资产规模与该组织获得贷款额呈正比,农民专业合作经济组织与所属地区农村信用社的距离路程因素也与该组织的信贷规模呈正比。因此要推动农民专业合作经济的迅速发展,必须加大对农民专业合作经济组织的金融支持,构建农民专业合作经济组织的信贷平台。

The investigation of the behavior of formal credit of the specialized cooperative organizations for farmers（SCOF） was carried out in Jiangsu Province.The results show that the proportion of the SCOF having formal credit demand to the all samples was 52.7%.The proportion of the SCOF having obtained loans to the all samples was 25.45%,and to the SCOF having formal credit demand was 48.27%.The formal credit demand of more than half of the SCOF was not met.The results of analysis by Probit model reveal the education of the main leaders of SCOF was directly proportional to the demand of the SCOF,and the average income of the SCOF had a negative effect on the demand for credit,SCOF engaged in plantation were more inclined to loan from bank in the sample areas.The results of analysis by Tobit model show that the fixed assets of the SCOF and the distance between the SCOF and rural credit cooperatives had a positive effect on the demand for credit of the SCOF.Therefore,The financial support for professional organizations should be increased to build the credit platform of the SCOF.
