Advances in Risk Assessment of Pesticide Residue

风险评估作为农药安全性评价手段已广泛应用于农药管理之中,是科学使用农药、保护生态环境及人体健康的重要依据,也是保障食品安全的关键措施。文章介绍了农药对人体健康风险的评估过程,并综述了国内外不同风险评估模型研究进展及其应用,以期为国内农药的风险评估提供参考与借鉴。

Risk assessment,as a means of pesticide safety evaluation,has been widely employed in pesticide management.It is critical not only for scientific use of pesticide and protection of ecological environment and human health,but for safeguarding food safety.This paper reviews the current advances in the risk assessment model of pesticide residue and introduces the procedures of human health risk assessment,helping to assist the final decision of pesticide registration and food safety management.
