摘要
考察了催化剂的制备方法,助剂、载体种类以及镍含量对焦炉气甲烷化反应催化剂性能的影响。实验结果表明,浸渍法制备的催化剂具有良好的低温催化性能,助剂、载体的种类以及镍含量影响催化剂的催化性能,加入一定量的稀土氧化物可明显提高催化剂的催化活性。
Effects of the preparation methods,additives,supports and nickel contents on the properties of catalysts for coke oven gas methanation were investigated.The results showed that the catalysts prepared by impregnation had good low-temperature catalytic activity,and additives,carriers and nickel contents had influences on the performances of the catalysts.Adding a certain amount of rare earth oxide to the catalyst could obviously improve the catalytic activity.
