摘要 针对井下抽采煤层气中混掺空气,给其后续加工利用造成很大困难的现状,首先对煤层气爆炸极限进行了修正,确定了压力条件下煤层气安全操作的临界参数。在此基础上,对含氧煤层气膜法分离进行了探索,建立了中空纤维膜组件分离含氧煤层气的数学模型,并通过正交实验考察了膜组件参数、操作条件等对膜分离效果的影响,以利于膜组件的选择和膜分离过程的设计与优化。 The coal mine methane(CMM) from underground drainage is contaminated by air that makes it extremely difficult to further process and utilize.The critical parameters for CMM safe operation under practical pressure condition were determined by means of amending the explosive limit of CMM,and based on that the membrane separation of oxygen contaminated CMM was studied.A mathematical model of separation of oxygen-containing CMM by the hollow-fiber membrane module was established,and the influences of membrane module parameters and operational conditions on separation effects were investigated by orthogonal test so as to provide guidance for the selection of membrane module and the design and optimization of membrane separation process.
