摘要
分析了吐哈油田甲醇厂四塔精馏过程中精甲醇酸值高的原因,提出了精甲醇酸度的控制方法:回收塔废水pH值的控制、预精馏塔不凝气温度的控制和不凝气系统的疏通、甲醇合成反应的控制以及控制加压塔和常压塔的操作等,通过优化控制,精甲醇优等品率可达到100%以上(GB338-2004)。
By analyzing the causes of high acidity of methanol product rectified by four tower distillation in Methanol Plant of PetroChina Tuha Oilfield,the measures for controlling the acidity of fine methanol product were proposed which included pH control of the waste water from the methanol recovering tower,temperature control and drainage system cleaning of the noncondensable gas in the predistillation tower and the control of operation conditions for methanol synthesis reaction and the pressurized and atmospheric distillation towers.After adopting the above measures,the rate of superior grade methanol could be reached 100%(according to GB338-2004).
