摘要
通过对彩涂钢卷膜厚磁性测厚和DJH显微测厚两种检测方法联合使用的分析和阐述，说明该方法适合昆钢彩涂卷涂层干膜膜厚的检测要求，可保证磁性测厚检测法的准确性，又减少DJH显微测厚仪的使用频率，有效降低检测物资消耗和生产成本。
The measure thickness method of combination of magnetic method and DJH microscopical method was analysed.The method is suitable for measure thickness of precoated sheet steel of Kun-gang, ensure accuracy of magnetic method, reduce the frequency of use DJH microscopic thickness gauge, reduce the consumption and the cost of production testing.
