摘要
闸板缸动式液压机项目是我国发展成形制造业所急需的重大装备。文章介绍了这类液压机的结构设计,分析了结构特点,并用有限元分析了机身结构,用ADAMS软件进行虚拟样机研究,用信息化技术对液压机作了远程故障分析、诊断系统的技术实验。该产品的推广应用对提高我国玻璃钢工业的制造水平和生产效率及提高玻璃钢制品的质量具有重要意义。
The structural design and characteristics of the damper plate cylinder movement hydraulic press have been introduced in the text.The body has been analyzed with finite element method.The visual sample has been studied by use of ADAMS software.The test to analyze the distant fault and diagnosis system has been executed by use of information technique.This product's application can not only improve the national manufacture level and production efficiency of glass fiber reinforced plastic industry,but also enhance the quality of glass fiber reinforced plastic product.
