摘要
本文对汽车覆盖件冷冲模具中的修边模的三维实体设计技术进行了初步的探讨,介绍了基于UG环境下的修边类模具三维实体设计的基本思路,并在此基础上提出了模具三维实体参数化建模和三维设计并行理念。针对典型模具结构设计思路提出了自己的看法,对模具三维实体设计发展方向阐述了自己的观点,旨在提高模具设计效率与质量。
The 3D design technology of pressing die for automobile panel has been preliminarily discussed in the text and then basic ideas for 3D solid design of the die which based on the UG has been introduced.The parallel idea of 3D parametric die modeling and three-dimensional design has been put forward.The author＇s opinion on the design idea and developing trend of the 3D solid design have been presented,which aims at improving efficiency and design quality of the die.
