摘要
为了使车身结构件设计更加合理,在设计过程中应充分考虑零件的冲压工艺性。本文通过分析某车型前地板前板的冲压工艺性与模具制造,总结了该零件在冲压工艺性方面的经验和不足。
The stamping process should be fully considered during the car body design in order to make the structure reasonable.The stamping process and die design of Fr.floor panel in some automobile have been analyzed in the text,and advantages and defects in the stamping process have been summarized.
