摘要
江西电信移动增值业务的迅速增长,包括免费群发、业务宣传等业务的大量下发,造成综合业务接入网关(ISAG)平台接口能力不足。为提升移动增值业务质量,节约ISAG平台扩容投资,实现在有限接口能力下优先保证重要收费业务的正常使用,在ISAG平台上实施软件开发并部署了移动增值业务服务质量保证策略。该策略紧密围绕江西电信差异化服务的指导方针,利用接口流量、优先等级、时间窗口等技术手段控制移动增值业务的下发,保证重要业务、敏感业务、高效益业务优先占用ISAG平台接口资源。通过策略部署,移动增值业务质量得到提高,用户感知得到提升。
The rapid growth of Jiangxi Telecom mobile value-added services,including group sending of free short messaging ser-vice(SMS) and advertising,make the service interface ability of integrated service access gateway(ISAG) platform worse.In order to enhance the quality of mobile value-added services,save expansion investment of ISAG platform,and ensure the service ability of im-portant benefit services under limited service interface ability,we make the software development and deploy quality of service(QoS) strategies for mobile value-added services in ISAG platform.The strategies compactly focus on differential service guiding principle proposed by Jiangxi Telecom,utilizing technical means such as interface traffic control,priorities design,and time window control,we control the sending of mobile value-added services,and insure important services,sensitive services,high benefit services can have pri-ority to occupy ISAG platform service interface resource.Through the strategies deployment,the mobile value-added services quality has been improved,and the customer perception upgraded.
