摘要
研究结果表明,日粮中添加酶制剂能显著提高樱桃谷肉鸭的生产性能;木聚糖酶是影响樱桃谷肉鸭生产性能的最主要因素;在日粮中添加0.5% 木聚糖酶、0.5% 纤维素酶、0.1% β葡聚糖酶,肉鸭生产性能最佳。
The experimental result showed that the daily feed added with enzyme products was beneficial to meat duck “Yingtaogu” growth. The xylanase was most important element affecting the growth of meat duck.The feed added with the mixture enzyme products of 0.5% xylanase, 0.5% cellulase, 0.1% glucanase was best one for meat duck growth.
