介绍了 Ｖ Ｐ Ｎ 概念、分类及关键技术，提出了利用 Ｖ Ｐ Ｎ 建设全省自学考试广域网的解决方案，从而达到全省自学考试系统资源共享。

This paper introduces the VPN concept,its classification and key technology and puts forward a plan for constructing a Self-tought Test WAN throughout the province.The purpose is to share resources and save communication investment in the Self-taught Test system throughout our province.
