摘要
针对目前我国经济结构调整中的企业职工下岗问题，分析了下岗现象产生的主要原因和下岗职工结构的群体特征以及再就业工程的整体思路并就旅游饭店吸纳下岗职工的可行性。
Focusing on the problem of laid-off workers caused by economic structure adjustments this article analyzed the main causes of laid-off workers situation and described the characteristics of laid-off workers.Further more,the author demonstrated the feasible absorption of laid-off workers in tourist hotel industry and the specific measures needed to meet the objective.
