从分析铁路承运人责任的涵义和特征出发,对《国际货约》和《国际货协》中关于承运人责任的规则从归责原则、责任范围和赔偿额度三个方面进行了比较分析,并从中得出完善我国铁路货运中承运人责任的启示。

Starting from the intension and characteristics of carrier responsibility in railway transportation,the paper compares articles on carrier responsibilities outlined separately in The International Agreement of Railway Freight Joint Transportation and The International Convention of Railway Freight Transportation from the aspects of principle of liability,scope of responsibility, and limit of compensation,drawing from therein insight for the betterment of carrier responsibility regulation in China.
