Study on the Entry Mode of Taiwan Residents Enterprises into the Mainland Market

在对海外投资进入模式和影响企业海外投资进入模式的因素进行理论回顾的基础上,提出了台湾物流企业进入大陆市场模式影响因素的分析框架。根据这个分析框架,并在对有关企业进行深度访谈的基础上,识别了台湾企业进入大陆物流市场模式选择的六大影响因素:中国大陆政策风险程度、大陆物流市场成长力、公司具有专属资产、公司的资金充沛程度、承担财务风险能力和国际经营经验。

On the basis of a literature reiview of the entry modes of overseas investment and the influence factors, the paper presents the framework for analyzing the factors affecting the Taiwan Residents logistics enterprises＇s entry into the mainland market, according to which, on the foundation of depth interviews with relevant enterprises, six such factors are identified, namely, the policy risks of the mainland, the potential of the mainland logistics market, enterprise know-how, enterprise financial capacity, enterprise tolerance of financial risks, and enterprise＇s experience of international operation.
