随着现代物流企业的规模化发展和内部的专业化分工,其业务上出现了分支机构多、客户分散、网点多、管理难度增大等特点,从财务管理角度针对上述特点提出了财务应对措施。
With increasingly complicated organizational mode and specialized internal division of labor,modern logistics enterprises are more and more plagued by excessive organizational branches,wide-spread customers,unnecessary business outlets,and greater management difficulties,etc.In view of these problems,the paper presents the corresponding financial countermeasures.
