The paper analyzes the factors such as quantitative uncertainty and time lag,which influence the inventory cost of logistics centers.Based on that,it employs the EIQ method to study the order data to determine the volume of materials in storage in the centers and the stock keeping time and to assess their role in inventory cost management.
