鉴于当前对供应链资金流管理问题重视的不断提升,以台湾电子企业"大同"公司为对象,运用个案研究方法,探索全球物流管理模式下成功引入供应链资金流管理的关键因素,并对其深刻内涵加以剖析。

Regarding the intensively-discussed issue of supply chain capital flow management,the paper studies the case of Datong,a consumer-oriented Taiwan Residents electronic manufacturer,to investigate the key factors in the implementation of supply chain capital flow management under the global logistics management mode and analyze in-depth their underlying significance.
