摘要
通过分析应急条件下油料保障特点,提出油料保障所要满足的要求。利用应急物流体理论,以时间性、经济性和可靠性为目标,建立多目标决策模型,解决油料调度问题。
The paper points out the prerequisites of POL support after studying its characteristics in emergency events.Following the theory of 3S（system,style,and substance） of Emergency Logistics,the paper establishes a POL dispatching decision model with multiple objectives, which are timeliness,economical efficiency,and robustness.
