摘要在分析国际物流服务市场的特征与服务范畴的基础上,通过对有关企业的深度访谈,识别了航运业开展国际物流服务的21项关键成功因素。 The paper analyzes the features and category of the international logistics service market and,through depth interview,identifies the 21 key success factors in the launching of the business by shipping industry.
