The paper proposes the key factor analysis method for the initial evaluation of overseas iron ore resource investment,presents the specific working process.Then through comprehensively analyzing the macro and micro factors affecting the investment,it isolates the key factors,establishes the index system,scale and methods for the initial evaluation.
