摘要
针对北京三元物流公司业务流程信息化低、组织混乱导致效率较低问题,通过建立IDEF0和IDEF3模型,进行了流程分析与优化,提出了流程控制要素。
In view of the problems in the business process of Beijing Sanyuan Logistics,such as low IT level,organizational confusion,and inefficiency,etc.,the paper formulates the IDEF0 and IDEF3 models to analyze and optimize its business process and points out the key elements of process control.
