摘要对企业物流外包中面临的诸多风险进行了深入分析,构建了企业物流外包风险控制模型,系统地提出了风险控制的策略,为物流外包企业决策提供理论依据。 The paper analyzes in-depth the risk exposure in enterprise logistics outsourcing, establishes the risk management model, and proposes the systematic strategy, for risk control.
