以北京公路货代、配载业为例,从立法和经营的角度,对其现状进行了分析。在此基础上,阐述了发展货代、配载业的现实意义,即减少油耗、节约能源。并从立法和经营的角度提出北京公路货代、配载业存在的问题,针对各自的问题提出相应的解决途径和对策。

The paper analyzes the current status of the development of freight consignment and stowage industry in Beijing,expounds the practical significance of the industry such as economic fuel consumption and energy conservation,and,from the aspects of legislation and transaction, points out the existing problems,for which solutions and countermeasures are given separately.
