摘要
针对企业发展模式具有复杂性、模糊性和渐进性的特点,通过构造多经物流企业转型发展模式模糊识别模型,将企业转型发展模式选择问题描述为模糊集贴近度的比较分析,并基于该种思想,在构建3大类20小类铁路多经物流企业转型发展模式聚类指标体系基础上,借助Matlab编程求解模型,将全路29家运作成熟的典型企业划分为5类,最后选取1家处于转型期的多经物流企业进行模式识别,识别结果表明模型和方法对于企业转型发展模式的选择是可行的。
In view of the complexity,fuzziness and progressiveness of enterprise developmental modes,the paper formulates a model for the fuzzy identification of the transition and development modes of multi-product logistics enterprises,which converts the problem of mode selection into a comparative analysis of fuzzy set proximity.Along the same line,the paper establishes the clustering index system that encompasses the modes of transition and development of three classes and twenty subclasses of railway multi-product logistics enterprises;then,using the software Matlab,the paper divides the twenty-nine canonical dedicated-line enterprises who are in mature business into five groups.Finally one enterprise in transition is subjected to mode identification with results indicating the feasibility of the method and model.
