摘要
从软件项目人力资源调度的角度出发,建立了软件项目中人力调度模型,并利用自适应云遗传算法对该模型进行求解,通过最终的求解结果和传统遗传算法的对比,验证了云遗传算法在求解资源约束问题中的可行性和有效性。
The paper establishes the human resource dispatching model,employs cloud self-adaptive genetic algorithm for its solution, and,through a comparison between the result thus obtained and the one obtained using traditional genetic algorithm,verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of cloud genetic algorithm in the solution of problems of resource constraint.
