The paper expounds the concept and techni-economic features of palletized through transportation,analyzes the application of pallet in transportation in China and the main influencing factors,on the basis of which,it argues the urgency of the promotion of palletized through transportation and proposes the basic strategy from the aspects of conducive operation and management environment and competent palletization technology,etc.
