摘要
基于全寿命管理思想,分析了舰船装备采购费用全寿命管理的特点,研究了费用管理技术在舰船装备采购中的应用:费用估算阶段,利用费用估算关系式对某型舰船的钢材费用进行了估算;费用控制阶段,研究了某型舰船研制项目的投资分布模型,运用挣值分析法对研制项目的某工序进行了偏差分析。
The paper analyzes the characteristics of the life circle cost management of warship equipment purchasing and studies the application of cost management technologies in different stages：at cost estimation stage,CER is used to estimate the steel cost of a certain warship; at cost ccntrol stage,the investment distribution model of a certain warship under construction is formulated and windage analysis of a certain procedure of the construction is carried out using EVM.
