基于岗位流程设计的高职物流实验室建设探析

Exploration of Construction of Vocational Logistics Laboratories Based on Job Process Engineering

通过对其他院校物流实验室和物流企业的调研,提出了高职院校物流实验室建设的新思路,即以岗位群和岗位流程来设计物流实验室,并以本校物流实验室建设为例说明了此类实验室的建设构思和应用方案。

Through surveying logistics enterprises and kigistics laboratories of educational institutions,the paper proposes a new path for the construction of vocational logistics laboratories,that is,in accordance with job groups and job process engineering,and illustrates the idea in a case study.
