抢险救灾中电力物资保障研究

Study on Power Supply Materials Support in Disaster Relief

可靠的供电保障是抢险救灾行动顺利进行的必要条件,但目前相关研究较少。针对这一现状,在仔细分析抢险救灾中电力物资保障的特点之后,分别从物资分类、预置预储、军民共建、预案编制以及撤收五个方面进行探讨,以期提高电力物资保障水平,为抢险救灾提供安全、可靠的电力保障。

Currently not enough efforts have been devoted to researches on the support of power supply in disaster relieving operations, which is unfortunate considering the importance of power supply in such operations. As an effort of remedy, the paper analyzes in detail the characteristics of power supply materials support in disaster relief from aspects of material classification, preparation in advance, military-civil cooperation, budgeting and stalling, and material retrieval.
