摘要
基于港口装车地车流组织的三种不同形式,分析了车流在港口装车、集结、运输和库存四个作业环节的费用消耗构成,构建了港口装车地直达列车开行方案的0-1规划模型,将装车、集结、运输以及库存总成本最少作为目标函数,考虑了车流组织方案唯一性和允许密集装卸车数约束,设计了日照港车流组织算例,优化得出了日照港港口装车地直达列车开行方案,进一步验证了模型的有效性和合理性。
In accordance with the three different forms of traffic organization at port loading stations, the paper analyzes the cost structures of the four links of port logistics process, namely, inventory, loading, consolidation, and transport, establishes the 0-1 programming model for the scheduling of through trains at the loading port aiming for the minimization of the totality of costs at the four links, considers the uniqueness and operation density constraint of the traffic organization, and conducts a case study on the traffic organization at Rizhao port, which, after optimization, arrives at the dispatching program of through trains from the loading area of the port, providing further verification for the effectiveness and validity of the model.
